- Jab boil ho jaey to is mn rice dalen. Rice ka pani nikal dena hy achi trah sy. Pkty huey pani mn rice add krny ke baad is mn green chilli b add kar dein or lid se 3 mint ke liey cover kar dein
- Jab iska paani half reh jaey to salt taste kar lein. Thora sa taiz hona chahiye ta ke pkny ke baad theek ho. Jab pani dry ho jaey to flame low kar dein or lid se cover kar ke upar tawa rakh dein. Or 10 mins ka dam dy dein.
