- After 5 minutes add yogurt and fry until oil is separated
- Add 2 to 3 cup water and cover it until chicken is tender
- Also add 30 minutes soaked rice
- Add 6 cup water and boil
- When water level reduces then leave it on low flame for dum for 15 minutes
- Chicken Pulao is ready to be served with Rita and salad
