Steps to make to make Curry khichri

  1. For curry: Heat oil.Add crushed green chilli, half curry patta, salt,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder. After two minutes add water
  2. Beat yogurt and Gram flour(baisan) together. When water boil add this mixture on it. Left it on slow flame till 2, 3 boils
  3. Put biggar oil in wok add left over curry patta, garliccloves, red button chilli. When it slightly change colour add it on curry. Then off the stove after 1 boil and dish out
  4. For kihchri: soak Rice and masoor daal together for 45minutes
  5. Heat oil add garlic cloves, salt when it change colour slightly add 2 glass water. When water boils add soak rice and cook it till water dries
  6. Then put it on dum at slow flame.after 15 minutes. Dish out
