- Take a bowl and wash rice and soak for 30minute or more
- Now take a bowl add chicken add chicken masala coriander masala cumin seed black pepper masala turmeric salt and curd Also add ginger garlic paste in it keep marinate for 30minute.
- Now take a pan add oil add all chopped onion fry until its become brown now take it out for garnish biryani.
- Now again same pan add oil add chopped onion fry until it become brown now add chopped tomato now add marinate chicken fry for 5minute now add garlic ginger paste chilli coriander paste or powder add cumin seed black pepper. Add chicken biryani powder salt little bit lemon juice.
- Now take a cooker keep in it basmati rice and add salt as per taste cooked it for three wistle.now take it out
- Take pan add cumin seed tadka add cooked rice of first layer.now add chicken layer again add 2nd layer of rice now add second layer of chicken and so on. Add colour of your choice Garnish with coriander leaf and roasted onion. and served with love
