Instructions to make to make Instant pan ondhawo

  1. In a bowl add semolina, rice flour and gram flour and mix well. Add in 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1 cup of water. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes add grated courgettes, carrots, sweetcorn, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, chilli paste 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Add soda bi carbonate and lemon juice and mix well. Divide the batter in 3 parts.
    In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon sesame seeds.
  4. Once it starts crackling spoon the batter in the pan and spread in a round shape and sprinkle sesame seeds. Cover and let it cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Remove cover and flip over the ondhawo. Cover and let it cook further 3 minutes.
    Transfer in a serving dish and repeat for the rest of the batter.
    Enjoy with a cup of tea or yogurt.
