  19. 1cup Curd for biryani
  20. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste2

Instructions to make to make Chicken 65 biryani

  1. For 65 marinate chicken with salt,curd,pepper,food colour,cornflour, egg,curry leaves 2tbsp.
  2. Deep fry in medium hot oil.
  3. Take it out and leave aside.
  4. In a big vessel,add oil or ghee.
  5. Add tomatoes,curd,salt red chilli powder,Ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder.
  6. Add fried onions.
  7. Meanwhile boil rice with only3/4 done.
  8. Rice should be boiled along with salt,and sabit garam masala.
  9. Now on curd and tomato mixture add chicken pieces.
  10. Then add boiled rice.
  11. Again add chicken65.
  12. Then top up last with rice.
  13. Sprinkle little garam masal powder,ghee,fresh herbs and some fried onions.
  14. Cover and cook on simmer in very low flame for 30 mins.
  15. Serve with any curd raita.
