- 1/2 cup bottle gourd grated
- 1/4 cup carrot grated
- 1/4 cup crushed corn
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped capiscum
- 1 small tomatoe chopped
- 3 tsp chopped chilli ginger
- 1-2 tsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- as needed Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp sesame
Steps to make to make Vegetables mini dal handvo
- Take dry flour add curd mix well add little warm water if required batter for overnight. It should be firm as we add lots of Vegetables soo it will leave water (for dry flour mix all dal rice fenugrek seeds and grind in flour milk keep in advance soo that u can do any time)
- In batter add salt, pepper powder, aesfodeia, ginger chilli all vegetables mix well, add 1tsp hot oil
- In khadai add oil 1tsp mustard seeds, Cummin, sesame,after crack ing of seeds add, chopped coriander, batter 1spoon cover and for few minutes on medium to slow flame once turn crispy turn other side cover and cook for few minutes..in medium to slow flame check in between.. done serve hot.. with green chtuney.. (we can make in 2 khadahi at a time)
