  1. Chop bhindi in 1-inch length. Roughly chop 2 onions and 2 tomatoes. In a mixture add onion, tomatoes garlic, ginger and chillies and make a paste. Chop even size 1 onion and also the tomatoes and keep it aside.
  2. In kadai heat oil and add the chopped bhindi and saute till it changes the colour into dark green.
  3. Add besan, rice flour and 1 tbsp red chilli powder. Saute it for 5 mins.
  4. Mix well and keep it aside.
  5. In the same Kadai add 3 tbsp oil. Add sauf and tejpatta and add the tomato-onion paste.
  6. Let it simmer for 10 minS till the paste shrink and leaves oil inside.
  7. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dhaniya jeera powder and salt.
  8. Add water, the evenly chopped onions and tomatoes. Mix it well and simmer for 5 mins.
  9. Add the bhindi and again mix it well.
  10. After 5 mins add dahi. Mix it and close the lid and let it simmer for 10 more mins.
  11. At the end just add fresh cream and mix it.
  12. Relish it with wheat kulcha.
