- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- as needed Water to sprinkle
- 4 tsp oil

- In a mixing bowl add rava and all ingredients except maida
- Add water slowly slowly mix well than add maida and mix well add water if required consistency of batter should be medium not to thin not to thick. If it's too much thin suzi can be added..if required add salt

- After removing dosa.batter from refrigerator mix it check consistency if it's thick add little water mix it well.. Now take a pan.. Clean it with onion so dosa won't stick to pan..mix batter and take it and spread on pan slowly on high flame.
- Now add little oil on sides of dosa.. slow flame cover it with lid..
- Now flip the dosa cook on other side again flip it add potatoes masala in centre of dosa and roll from both sides... Now dosa is ready
- Cut into pieces and serve it with chutney and enjoy😊
