- 5 tbsp oil for deep frying kofta
- as requried Water
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp fennel seeds powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- as per taste Salt
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp kasuri methi

- Take a bowl add a bottle of gourd(lauki), add gram flour, add rice flour.
- Add salt, add cumin seeds, add red chili powder.
- Add turmeric powder mix it well. Now the dough is ready. Now make small lemon size balls.
